Last weekend I finally made a decision on a season pass. Looks like I may have made the right one as Mt. Hood Meadows is currently inaccessible due to the road being washed out from both directions. Whether or not the short route from Portland will be open by shredding season is still questionable but I’m counting on not – less traffic on the way to Timberline and Skibowl.

Chain laws? Seriously?

   I guess it is required you carry chains just in case. It wasn’t in that article, just a random thought from somewhere else.
