3. Drum sets and bass cabs

Or three things. Or four depending how you count.

   yeah… i’m pretty sure that’s four. but i would say… yards, gardens, more space (for art making, and cupboards), and singing at the top of your lungs and not caringif the neighbors can hear or not….. dishwashers, and non coin operated laundry machines… and painting the walls whatever color you want them… etc. etc.

   oh… but two bad things would be mortgage payments and property taxes.
